The 78-year-old patient is experiencing increasing pain in the metatarsophalangeal joint. She complains of shoe pressure pain and states marked rolling pain. The surgical treatment method is arthrodesis of the metatarsophalangeal joint with two human bone screw grafts. Dorsal view of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe.
